"Tracking was actually spot on"
I was a little worried I’d get fooled by vague tracking updates or some random delays, but everything was surprisingly clear. The updates came right on time, and I always knew where my order was.

I ordered a GM part and was expecting it to take forever, or at least a week or something. But it shipped really quickly and was at my door in just a couple days. The box was sturdy and everything had a good amount of padding around it. Nothing was scratched or bent when it showed up, which is always a relief. Something about it just felt like they actually took care packing the parts, so I’m happy with it.

Am I the only one who thinks a company should let you know when something is backordered? I placed my order and was never told it wasn’t actually available. The updates were basically nonexistent, which was really frustrating.

"Found some parts, but not everything I needed"
I was able to track down a few of the GM parts I was looking for, but it felt a little hit or miss. A couple items were either out of stock or not described clearly enough for me to feel confident ordering them. The site itself wasn’t hard to use, but I personally would’ve liked the availability info to be a bit more up to date. I ended up buying part of what I needed here and then had to search around somewhere else for the rest. Overall, it worked for some things, just wasn’t a complete one-stop shop for me

I needed a couple of GM parts and gmpartsclub.com made it easy to find them. "Promocode actually worked — I was thrilled"
I found a promo code for my GM parts order and, i was shocked when it actually worked. It felt like a tiny miracle because the prices ended up being way better than what my local dealer was charging. Shipping was a little slow, which had me checking the tracking like a maniac, but it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. If they keep offering good deals, I’d absolutely use them again.

"Part showed up in great shape"
and I’ve got to say, the GM part I ordered from gmpartsclub.com showed up looking just about exactly how I was hoping it would.

The box had a little bit of normal shipping wear, which I expected, but the part itself was wrapped well and looked clean. No scratches, dents, or anything that made it seem old or mishandled.

Overall, I’m happy with the order. It looked new, fit my expectations, and I’d feel fine ordering from them again.

I’m a little confused because I’m sure I ordered the left side, but when it showed up, it was the right one. I don’t know if I missed something during checkout or if the order got mixed up somewhere along the way, but either way it wasn’t the part I needed.

I accidentally ordered the wrong part and reached out for a refund. They DID end up taking care of it, but it took way too many emails and a lot of waiting around. Not the worst experience ever, just kind of Annoying.

I’m usually only paying attention to whether the part is the right one, the price makes sense, and it actually shows up without drama. In this case, the GM part I needed arrived fine, the price was reasonable, and there wasn’t any hassle. I’d use gmpartsclub.com again.

"exchange took way too much back and forth"
i ordered a gm part and it turned out to be the wrong fit, so i reached out to get an exchange started.

the whole thing dragged on more than i expected. i had to email a few times, and the replies were brief. they did tell me what needed to be sent back, but it wasn’t very clear at first, so i ended up losing a few days just trying to sort it out.

eventually the exchange started moving, so it did get handled in the end. still, it wasn’t quick or easy, and the back and forth made it more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Fit was mostly fine"
The part fit okay overall, but one of the clips didn’t line up right. Not saying it’s a scam, but it was a little frustrating having to mess with it when I expected it to snap in cleanly.
